Returns Policy

We want to make sure you are 100% happy with any products you purchase from us, but if you change your mind, we offer a hassle returns policy. We will also refund the full cost of any items returned or replace the goods at no extra cost in the unlikely event that we make an error with your order. Simply send us an email including your name and order number, and our customer care team will provide you with a returns number. We will then send you an email to confirm receipt of your returned goods and the refund amount. We promise to refund your money within 10 working days of the returned item being received on our premises. Delivery Information

If you place your order on a working weekday before 1pm, we’ll make sure it’s dispatched to you same-day. We use DPD and Royal Mail for our delivery services. When you finalise your purchase at checkout, you will be informed of the available delivery methods and prices.

Delivery Services

DPD and Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours: free delivery on all purchases of £50 or more (Monday to Friday). Delivery for orders under £50.00 will have a delivery charge of £7.00.

Stock

We aim to maintain sufficient levels of stock in our warehouses to fulfil all orders. If the product you want is currently unavailable, we will contact you to let you know when you can expect to receive it or, if you prefer, offer a complete refund.

Local Collection

We offer a collection service on a prearranged booking-only basis from our warehouse in Essex. Collections can be made between 9 am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please contact us if you’d like to arrange to collect your order.
