If you place your order on a working weekday before 1pm, we’ll make sure it’s dispatched to you same-day. We use DPD and Royal Mail for our delivery services. When you finalise your purchase at checkout, you will be informed of the available delivery methods and prices.
DPD and Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours: free delivery on all purchases of £50 or more (Monday to Friday). Delivery for orders under £50.00 will have a delivery charge of £7.00 (Ex VAT).
We aim to maintain sufficient levels of stock in our warehouses to fulfil all orders. If the product you want is currently unavailable, we will contact you to let you know when you can expect to
receive it or, if you prefer, offer a complete refund.
We offer a collection service on a prearranged booking-only basis from our warehouse in Essex. Collections can be made between 9 am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. Please contact us if you’d like to arrange to collect your order.
